Physical annual audits
Our medical standards team visits every partner clinic annually. We inspect operating theatres, review outcome data, and interview staff. Clinics that drift below our standard are removed.
Independent outcome tracking
Refyn tracks surgical outcomes independently of the clinic. Any partner whose revision rate exceeds ISAPS benchmarks is placed under review.
Surgeon-only case assignment
You're paired with a named surgeon, not a clinic. Procedures are not reassigned to junior staff without your explicit consent.
Data handling
Your medical photos and patient file are end-to-end encrypted, stored in ISO 27001 facilities. Visible only to your introduced surgeon and Refyn coordinator.
Financial safeguards
Deposits are held in a segregated client account until the clinic confirms surgery slot, hotel and flight. If any leg fails, funds are released back to you.
Aftercare is contractual
Every journey includes 12 months of structured Zoom follow-ups. If a surgeon fails to attend a scheduled review, Refyn coordinates a replacement at no cost.
